The Center for Advanced Sinus and Nasal Care in South Florida is dedicated to the medical and surgical treatment of diseases of the nasal cavity, sinuses, and skull base. Dr. Alfredo Archilla and Dr. Gennadiy Vengerovich are two of only a handful of Fellowship Trained Rhinologists and Skull Base Surgeons in the state of Florida.

As endoscopic skull base surgeons, we work closely with the neurosurgical team to address pathologies of the anterior skull base using a minimally invasive approach.  This collaboration allows us to effectively treat conditions such as anterior skull base tumors, pituitary gland disorders and cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) leaks.  By utilizing advanced endoscopic techniques, we aim to provide patients with safer procedures, reduced recovery times and improved outcomes while minimizing the need for traditional open surgery
